Learna™ is a South African digital learning-support platform offering:

  • Family subscriptions — one parent plan covering child seats for Grade R to Grade 12, with Campus spaces and courses
  • Teacher subscriptions — access for teachers and optional listing in the Teacher Directory after verification
  • Digital learning materials and community spaces

All services are provided in accordance with applicable South African legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and ECTA.

5. Pricing and currency

All prices displayed on this website are denominated in South African Rand (ZAR); inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current statutory rate unless otherwise stated; subject to change without prior notice; and confirmed at the time of transaction.

6. Industry body memberships and codes of conduct

Learna™ is not currently a member of any formal industry body. We conduct our business in accordance with all applicable South African legislation and generally accepted commercial practice.

7. Dispute resolution

We are committed to resolving any disputes or complaints efficiently and fairly.

  1. Contact us directly — submit your complaint in writing to hello@learna.co.za. We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and aim to resolve the matter within 10 business days.
  2. Escalation — if the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, it may be referred to an ombudsman or applicable regulatory authority, including the National Consumer Commission where the CPA applies.
  3. Legal proceedings — if the dispute remains unresolved, either party may refer the matter to a competent court with jurisdiction under the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

This dispute resolution process does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or any other applicable legislation.

8. Governing law

This disclosure and all transactions concluded through this website are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any legal proceedings arising from or related to the use of this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

9. Updates to this notice

We reserve the right to update this disclosure notice at any time to reflect changes in our business details or applicable legislation. Business particulars are maintained in Site Details. Continued use of this website following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised disclosure.
